| 摘 要： | 目的:报道椎管内浆母细胞淋巴瘤(plasmablastic lymphoma,PBL)1例并探讨PBL的诊治.方法:总结1例椎管内PBL的临床资料及诊疗过程,并对国内外文献进行复习.结果:MRI表现为椎管内及椎体多发病变,手术病理诊断为PBL,HIV阴性.经过1个疗程化疗,病情无缓解.结论:确诊PBL需要病理学检查,没有标准的治疗方案,预后不良.

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the intraspinal tumor of plasmablastic lymphoma (PBL).Methods:1 case of PBL with intraspinal tumor was reported with review of literature.Results:Intraspinal occupancy diseases in MRI,Pathological result confirmed that the patient had plasmablastic lymphoma with negative HIV.After 1 course chemotherapy,the patient achieved no remission.Conclusion:Diagnosis of PBL still depends on both clinical and pathological findings.At present there is no standard therapy. |
