肺癌脑转移与血清肿瘤标志物变化的相关性

目的:观察肺癌脑转移与血清肿瘤标志物变化的相关性.方法:回顾性分析2010年2月至2015年124例肺癌患者临床资料,其中45例脑转移和同时期101例健康体检者(健康对照组)血清肿瘤标志物指标进行比较.结果:肺癌肿瘤标志物指标AFP、CEA、NSE、CA125、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag含量水平均显著高于健康对照组(P＜0.05).肺癌脑转移和CEA、CYFRA21-1、SCC-Ag升高,分化程度低,淋巴结转移有关(P＜0.05),而和性别、年龄、吸烟史、AFP、NSE、CA125、病理类型无关(P＞0.05);其中CYFRA21-1、CEA、SCC-Ag升高、分化程度、淋巴结转移是肺癌脑转移独立危险因素(P均＜0.05).结论:血清肿瘤标志物CY-FRA21-1、CEA、SCC-Ag是肺癌脑转移独立危险因素,在临床上要注重检测以上肿瘤标志物.

Correlation between brain metastasis and serum tumor markers in patients with lung cancer

Objective:To study the correlation between brain metastasis and serum tumor markers in patients with lung cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 124 cases of lung cancer patients from February 2010 to 2015 were analyzed retrospectively,included 45 cases of brain metastases,and 101 cases of healthy persons (healthy control group)were welected in the same period.Serum tumor markers were compared between the three groups.Results:Lung cancer tumor markers AFP,CEA,NSE,CA125,CYFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag levels of patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P ＜ 0.05),brain metastasis of lung cancer was related to CEA,CYFRA21-1,SCC-Ag increased,the low degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05),and it was not related to gender,age,smoking history,AFP,NSE,CA125,pathological type (P ＞ 0.05),and CYFRA21-1,CEA and SCC-Ag increased,the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis were independent risk factors of lung cancer with brain metastasis (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The serum tumor markers CYFRA21-1,CEA,SCC-Ag are the independent risk factors for brain metastasis of lung cancer.
