非小细胞肺癌患者外周血肿瘤细胞检测及临床意义

目的：检测非小细胞肺癌患者外周血瘤细胞（CTC），探讨其在治疗中的临床意义。方法：选2015年1月至6月非小细胞肺癌患者48例，同期体检健康人48例作为对照组，检测两组外周血中CTC，分析相关指标差异。结果：观察组CTC阳性24例（50．0％），对照组为0，差异显著（P＜0．05）；CTC阳性不受年龄、性别、吸烟与否、组织学类型及肿瘤病灶的分化程度的影响；化疗后观察组CTC阳性率显著降低（P＜0．05），与疗效存在负相关性。结论：检测外周血CTC有助于预测非小细胞肺癌患者的病情、预后及疗效评价。

Detection and clinical significance of peripheral circulating tumor cells in patients with non small cell lung cancer

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of detection of circulating tumor cells in patients with non small cell lung cancer.Methods:The tumor cells were detected in the circulation blood of 48 patients and 48 healthy as control and the correlation indexes of circulating tumor with clinical features were analyzed.Results:There were 24 cases (50.0%)with TCT positive in the patients but none in the control.The difference was significant (P<0.05).It was not related to the age,gender smoking,histological type and the degree of differentiation of the tumor cells,but related to the TNM stage .Also the positive rate of CTC was significantly lower after chemotherapy (P<0.05).Conclusion:Detection of CTC in circulating blood might be helpful to predict the therapeutic effect and prog-nosis of patients with non small cell lung cancer.
