腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗早期卵巢癌的临床分析

目的:研究行腹腔镜和开腹手术的早期卵巢癌患者临床手术相关参数的差异.方法:对我院2012年至2014年行腹腔镜和开腹手术的早期卵巢癌患者进行回顾性分析,比较手术患者的年龄、体重、体重指数、手术时间、出血量、术中输血量及切除淋巴结数量等手术相关参数,以及术后排气时间、下床时间、术后并发症等术后相关参数.结果:经筛选后共65个病例纳入研究,根据手术方式不同将患者分为腹腔镜组和开腹手术组,腹腔镜组26例,开腹手术组39例.两组患者的一般情况无显著差异.腹腔镜组患者的肿瘤直径、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后下床时间以及住院时间显著小于开腹手术组(P<0.05).两组患者的手术时间、术中淋巴结切除数量、肿瘤的分期和病理分型等均无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:腹腔镜手术可以减少早期卵巢癌患者的术中出血量,促进患者术后恢复.

Comparison of laparoscopy and laparotomy for clinic outcome of patients with early-stage ovarian cancer

Objective:To compare the difference between laparoscopy and laparotomy for early-stage ovarian cancer.Methods:Data from patients who underwent operation of laparoscopy and laparotomy were retrospectively reviewed.Data such as age,weight,BMI,operation time,blood loss,lymph nodes retrieved were collected.Results:65 patients were identified during the study period and staging surgery was performed via laparoscopy in 26 patients and via laparotomy in 39 patients.There was no significant difference in patient characteristics between 2 groups.The levels of tumor size,blood loss,time of first flatus,time of first ambulation and length of hospital stay were markedly lower in laparoscopy group than those in laparotomy group(P<0.05).There was no significantly difference in operation time,lymph nodes retrieved,stage and histological type between the 2 groups.Conclusion:Laparoscopy is beneficial to blood loss and postoperative recovery in early-stage ovarian cancer.
