腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床疗效分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将56例Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌患者按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组（30例）采用腹腔镜手术，对照组（26例）采用常规开腹术。对两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、术后疼痛评分、术后留置导尿时间、淋巴结清除数进行对比分析。结果：观察组在手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、术后疼痛评分均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；两组患者在淋巴结清除数、术后留置导尿时间方面相比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：腹腔镜手术在治疗早期子宫内膜癌具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后疼痛程度轻、切口愈合时间短等优势，值得临床推广应用。

Comparison of laparoscope and open surgery in the treatment of early endometrial carci-noma

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of laparoscoe in the treatment of early endometrial carcino-ma.Methods:A retrospective analysis of clinical trial was carried out,with clinical comparative analysis of laparo-scopic and open surgery in the treatment of early endometrial carcinoma.56 patients were divided into observation and control group (30 vs 26).The clinical therapeutic effects and complications were compared with each other.Results:The operative time,the intra-operative blood loss,the wound healing time,VAS were superior to the other,with sta-tistically significant difference (P<0.05).The cleared lymph node numbers,the urethral catheter maintenance time had not statistically significant difference (P>0.05 ).Conclusion:Laparoscoe in the treatment of early endometrial carcinoma is simple and easy to perform,with a long-term survival compared with abdominal anterior resection and much lower postoperative morbidity.
