2011年天津地区军队部分离休干部慢性病用药情况调查

目的调查2011年天津地区军队部分离休干部慢性病用药情况,提出合理化建议。方法采用现场调查问卷方式对411例离休干部进行用药调查,并评估用药风险。结果服药率92.7%,联合用药率84.9%。冠心病应用频率较高的3种药物依次为阿司匹林,单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片,洛伐他汀。高血压病应用频率较高的3种药物依次为硝苯地平缓、控释片,缬沙坦,非洛地平缓释片。糖尿病应用频率较高的3种药物依次为二甲双胍,阿卡波糖,诺和灵针剂。脑梗死应用频率较高的3种药物依次为复方丹参滴丸,血塞通软胶囊,阿司匹林。不安全用药因素有药物联用、配伍不合理、剂量不合理、重复用药及依从性差等。结论目前天津地区军队离休干部用药基本合理,但仍存在不安全因素,应采取防范措施降低用药风险。

Chronic Disease Medication in the Part of Army Retirees in Tianjin in 2011

Objective To study chronic disease medication in army veteran cadres in Tianjin residential areas and put forward rational suggestions.Methods Field investigation questionnaire were used in army veteran cadres,and a total of 411 valid questionnaires results combined with clinical data of patients health center,were analyzed.Results Drug administration rate was 92.7%.The drug combination rate was 84.9%.The first three drugs frequently used for coronary heart disease（CHD） were Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,Isosorbide Mononitrate,and Lovastatin.Three drugs for hypertension disease were Nifedipine controlled-release tablet,Valsartan,and Felodipine.Three drugs for diabetes were Metformin,Acarbose,Novolin injection.Three drugs for Cerebral infarction were compound Danshen drop pill,Sanqi Panax Notoginseng soft capsule,and Aspirin.Unsafe factors included drug combination,inconsequent compatibility,unreasonable dose,repeated drug and poor compliance.Conclusion Drug use in army veteran cadres in Tianjin residential areas are reasonable except some unsafe factors,so some measures should be taken to reduce risk of medication.
