| 摘 要： | 目的调查并比较接受低剂量慢性连续照射的阳江高本底地区居民及其相邻对照地区居民的白内障患病率。方法在阳江高本底地区和对照地区各整群抽取3个村子和1个村子共194名年龄≥50岁的常住居民,进行问卷调查和白内障检查。采用logistic回归分析白内障与各种危险因素的关系。结果对性别、年龄进行调整之后,发现高本底地区居民患白内障、皮质性白内障、核性白内障、后囊下白内障的OR值分别为2.93(95%CI:1.19～7.17)、1.51(95%CI:0.15～15.24)、2.93(95%CI:1.20～7.17)和2.35(95%CI:0.59～9.42)。结论长期低剂量电离辐射受照是白内障发生的重要危险因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and compare the prevalence of cataracts among residents in high background radiation area（HBRA） and adjacent control area.Methods A total of 194 residents aged 50 and older were selected from three villages in HBRA and one village in control area by means of cluster sampling,and questionnaire survey as well as cataract examination were conducted.The association between cataracts and risk factors was analyzed using logistic regression method.Results After adjusting for age and gender,the OR values were 2.93（95% CI：1.19-7.17）,1.51（95% CI：0.15-15.24）,2.93（95% CI：1.20-7.17） and 2.35（95% CI：0.59-9.42） respectively for cataracts,cortical cataracts,nuclear cataracts and posterior capsular cataracts.Conclusions Long-term with low-dose ionizing radiation is a major risk factor of cataracts. |
