| 摘 要： | 目的观察经皮激光椎间盘汽化减压术（percutaneous laser disc decompression,PLDD）治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法采用PLDD治疗我院2009年9月—2011年12月收治的380例腰椎间盘突出症,观察治疗效果。结果本组总有效率为94.7%,优良率85.3%。全部病例未发现其他神经损伤等并发症。结论 PLDD治疗腰椎间盘突出症,损伤小,效果好,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效的微创技术。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of percutaneous laser disc decompression（PLDD） in treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods 380 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion during September 2009 and December 2011 were treated with PLDD.Results The total effective rate was 94.7% and good rate was 85.3%.There were no nerve injury complications in all patients.Conclusion PLDD is an effective minimally invasive technique for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with small injury and good effect. |
