| 摘 要： | 目的探讨床旁快速检测脑钠肽（BNP）在心力衰竭诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法荧光免疫法测定健康对照组、心力衰竭组及肺源性呼吸困难组患者血浆BNP水平进行比较。结果（1）心力衰竭组患者血浆BNP水平明显高于健康对照组和肺源性呼吸困难组（P〈0.01）,（2）心力衰竭程度越重,BNP水平越高,NYHA各等级之间两两比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论BNP测定有助于心力衰竭的诊断及鉴别心源性和肺源性呼吸困难。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of the serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in diagnosing and differentiating patients with heart failure. Methods Used the immunofluorescence to determine the BNP levels of the control group, heart failure group and dyspnea group, then to made comparison with different groups. Results The serum BNP levels in patients with heart failure were significantly higher than the control group and dyspnea group. As the cardiac function deteriorated from NYHA I to NYHA IV, the BNP levels increased consecutively with significant differences from each other (P<0.01). Conclusion Determination of serum BNP can assess and diagnose heart failure, and it possesses for differentiating cardiogenic dyspnea from pulmonary dyspnea. |
