| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨对于喉部病变，在得到有效治疗的同时，最大限度地保留正常和高质量的发声功能的手术方法。方法：237例喉部疾病行喉显微手术。结果：236例行喉显微手术后10天内获得正常发音，一例术后病检为声带癌改行喉裂开术。结论。喉显微手术是治疗喉部疾病同时可以最大限度地保留喉功能的重要手术方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe treatment effects of microlaryngoscope operation on phonation for laryngeal pathologic changes. Methods: 237 cases with Laryngopathy were treated by microlaryngoscopic operation. Results: 236 patients had got normal phonation in ten days after microlarygoscopy operations, and one was vocal fold cancer treated by laryngofissure. Conclusions: Microlaryngoscope operations could completely cure Laryngopathy; and they were the important ways to greatly keep the function of larynx. |
