湛江地区健康成年人血液流变学指标参考值的调查研究

目的：探讨湛江地区健康成年人不同年龄组血液流变学指标的参考值并进行分析，为临床诊疗提供依据。方法：用北京众驰伟业ZL9000C全自动血液流变仪检测湛江地区1088例不同年龄组的健康成年人血液流变学的各项指标，结果进行统计学分析，并与仪器厂家提供的参考值作比较。结果：同年龄不同性别组间全血黏度等多项血液流变学指标有显著性差异（P〈0.05或P〈0.01），不同年龄同性别组间全血黏度等多项血液流变学指标有显著性差异（P〈0.05或P〈0.01），不同年龄组全血黏度等多项血液流变学指标参考值和仪器厂家提供的参考值亦有显著性差异（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：分别建立不同区域，不同年龄，不同性别的参考值，更能准确反映血液流变学指标的变化，对疾病的早期预防、诊断、治疗和预后更有参考价值，为本区域临床应用和研究提供相关依据。

The Investigation of the Hemorheological index Reference Value of Healthy adults in Zhanjiang area

Objective：To investigate hemorheological reference value in healthy people of Zhanjiang and establish the exact reference value for clinic diagnosis.Methods：The hemorheological indices were measured and statistics analysis was done according to different age in 1088 healthy people by using branded hemoheological machine ZL9000C.And compares with the normal reference value of the instrument.Results：The discrepancies of blood viscosity and other hemoheological indices are significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） in the group of sex with same age, also in the group of age with same sex. The discrepancies of blood viscosity and other hemohelogical indices in the group of age are significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） compared with the normal reference value of the instrument.Conclusions：To establish the exact related reference value for different areas, ages and sexes. Which is most important for early prevent, therapeutic effect and prognosis of disease, also for clinic diagnosis and research.
