2型糖尿病患者血清MMP 8水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性

目的  探讨2型糖尿病患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-8（MMP-8）水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法  选择正常对照组(NC组)60例、糖尿病组(DM组)89例。糖尿病组根据颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)及斑块情况分为糖尿病非颈动脉粥样硬化组(DM1组，n=16)和糖尿病合并颈动脉粥样硬化组（DM2组，n=73），比较三组的血清MMP-8水平；DM2组分为IMT增厚组(A组，n=12)、稳定斑块组(B组, n=27)和不稳定斑块组(C组，n=34)，比较三个亚组的IMT、Crouse积分等超声指标，分析MMP-8水平与颈动脉超声指标的相关性。结果   DM2组的MMP-8、IMT值水平高于NC组和DM1组，DM1组高于NC组(P均＜0.05)；不稳定斑块组的MMP-8水平高于稳定斑块组和IMT增厚组，稳定斑块组MMP-8水平高于IMT增厚组(P均＜0.05)；血清MMP-8水平与IMT值和Crouse积分呈正相关(r值分别为0.68、0.72，P＜0.05)。结论  血清MMP-8与2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成和斑块稳定性相关，可作为预测颈动脉斑块形成及稳定与否的血清学指标。
