| 摘 要： | 目的 研究护肝颗粒对急性实验性肝损伤的保护作用.方法 采用四氯化碳肝损伤小鼠模型,以联苯双酯为阳性对照,护肝颗粒三个剂量组小鼠均连续灌胃给药10d,分别测定各组小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性和观察肝脏组织病理学的改变.结果 护肝颗粒能明显降低四氯化碳肝损伤小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的活性,并有效减轻肝脏的病理损害.结论 护肝颗粒对小鼠急性实验性肝损伤具有明显的保肝降酶作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the protective effects of Hugan granule on acute experimental hepatic injury.Methods The acute liver-injured model induced by carbon tetrachloride was established in mice,and the mice were fed with 3 different doses of Hugan granule for ten days.
