| 摘 要： | 文章以西部46个县576个村的资料,分析了村医的工作环境条件和他们的行医行为, 发现：实施联合国儿童基金会“农村初级卫生综合项目”两年多来,村医的素质有一定的提高, 地方政府加强了对村医的管理和对村医的补助,但他们的行医条件尚需进一步改善,对村医的用药和开展预防保健服务的行为也需要进一步规范.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the conditions,in which village doctors practice,and village doctors' behavior by making use of data collected from 576 villages of 46 counties in West China.It has been found out that after carrying out an UNICEF project,Comprehensive Project on Primary Health Care" since 2001,the quality of village doctors has been enhanced,and local government hasimproved management on village doctors and increased subsidy to them.However,it is necessary to improve working conditions of village doctor,especially the provision of with primary tools,and regulated behavior of prescribing and providing preventive care. |
