| 摘 要： | 弥散张量成像可用来测量水分子的弥散特性。本文介绍了弥散加重成像 (DWI)和弥散张量成像 (DTI)的原理 ,以及如何用最小二乘算法从DWI中获得DTI ,然后再从DTI中获得其弥散特性指标的方法。

| Abstract: | Diffusion Tensor Imaging(DTI)can be used to measure the diffusion properties of water molecules.This paper reviews the principle of DWI and DTI.Then,we introduce derivation of DTI from DWI thorough least square algorithm.Last we obtain other special information about diffusion from DTI. |
