| 摘 要： | 用秋水仙素诱导除虫菊多倍体，获得多个染色体加倍遗传稳定的变异试管苗，进行试管苗快速繁殖并建立株系。通过细胞学鉴定和外部形态鉴定，对诱导获得的除虫菊染色体变异株系进行初步的筛选，为进一步获得除虫菊优良品系奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The polyploids of Pyrethrum Cinerariifolium Trev were induced by colchicine solution. Many variation tube buds with doubled chromosome were obtained, then propagated the buds to gain the strains. The induced variation strains were chosen by cytology identification and external form identification. The study is the basement of a deep research of obtaining good stock of Pyrethrum Cinerariifolium Yrev. |
