高职高专护理学基础课程考核模式改革及效果评价

摘    要:目的探讨护理学基础课程综合评价的方法及效果。方法在护理学基础课程中,对2010级220名学生采用传统的考核方式,对2011级206名学生采用新的考核模式,将过程考核和职业素养评价融入其中。比较两组学生的理论与技能考核成绩,以及临床教师对学生临床实习表现的评价。结果 2011级学生理论与技能考核成绩均优于2010级(P<0.01);临床教师反映2011级学生基本知识的灵活应用能力、护理职业礼仪、人际沟通能力、应激能力较2010级有较大提高。结论新的课程考核模式能激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,有助于提升学生的综合职业能力。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of assessment reform in the course of Fundamental Nursing for higher vocational nursing students. Methods The traditional assessment method was used for the 220 nursing students in Grade 2010,while the reformed assessment method was implemented in the 206 nursing students in Grade 2011. The students' performance in the theory test,skills exam and clinical practice were compared between the two groups. Results The students' performance in the theory test and skills exam in Grade 2011 were significantly higher than Grade 2010(P〈0.01). The clinical instructors reported that the students' practical ability, nursing etiquette,interpersonal communication skills and stress response ability in Grade 2011 were improved than Grade 2010. Conclusion The reformed assessment method can motivate the students' learning enthusiasm and initiative and improve their comprehensive professional competence.
