核心胜任力本位教育在本科护理人才培养中的应用研究

摘    要:
目的探讨核心胜任力本位教育在本科护理人才培养中的应用效果。方法选取护理专业2007级42名学生为对照组,采用传统教学模式;2008级31名学生为试验组,采用核心胜任力本位教学模式。通过综合理论知识考试和客观结构化临床考试比较两种教学模式的效果。结果试验组健康史采集、身体评估、情境模拟和沟通能力的成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论核心胜任力本位教育模式体现了新的教育理念,能有效培养学生的核心胜任力。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of nursing core competency standard education in the training of nursing undergraduates. Methods Forty-two nursing undergraduates in Grade 2007 were recruited as the control group receiving conventional teaching method,while 31 students in Grade 2008 were recruited as the experimental group receiving nursing core competency standard education. The teaching outcomes were evaluated by using compre- hensive theoretical knowledge examination and objective structured clinical examination. Results The performance in health history collection,physical assessment,scenario simulation and communication in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Nursing core competency standard education reflects a new teaching idea. It is helpful for the training of nursing students' core competence.
