2001-2005年云浮市医疗机构消毒效果监测及评价

目的回顾云浮市各级医疗机构消毒效果监测情况,探讨监测中存在的问题,提高消毒质量、预防和控制医院感染。方法根据卫生部《疾病预防控制机构工作规范》(2001年版)要求开展对医疗机构的消毒质量监测工作,按照《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)和《消毒与灭菌评价方法及标准》(GB15981-1995)进行采样、检测和评价。结果2001-2005年共监测医疗机构5812间次,采样检测32934份,合格31181份,检测总合格率94.68%。各类监测项目中,无菌器械浸泡液合格率最高,为97.85%,最低为空气细菌含量,合格率仅为71.80%。其中市、县(市、区)、镇及以下医疗机构合格率分别为95.35%、94.64%、94.63%。结论云浮市医疗机构消毒效果监测合格率较高并有逐年提高的趋势,不同级别的医疗机构消毒合格率市级医院最高,县(市、区)和镇及以下医疗机构偏低。消毒合格率市级医院最高,县(市、区)和镇及以下医疗机构偏低。

Monitoring and Analysis of the Efficiency of Disinfection in Hospitals in Yunfu City From 2001 to 2005

Objective To review the efficiency of disinfection in hospitals in Yunfu city,and to discuss the existing problems during the monitoring in order to improve the efficiency of disinfection and to prevent infection.Methods According to the "Guidelines of Work for Disease Preventive Control Organizations"(Edition 2001)from the Ministry of Health,samples were collected,analyzed and assessed according to the "Disinfection Standard in Hospitals"(GB15982-1995)and "Evaluation Method and Standard for Disinfection and Sterilization"(GB15981-1995).Results Between 2001 and 2005,a total of 5 812 times of monitoring was conducted.32 934 samples were collected,and 94.68%(31 181)of these samples were up to the standard.Among those monitored items,97.85% of disinfectants used for sterilizing instrument were up to standard.The air quality was not satisficatory was only 71.80% of air samples was up to the standard.Qualification rate for hospitals in city,county and countryside was 95.35%,94.64% and 94.63%,respectively.Conclusion The disinfection efficiency increases year by year,the qualification rate differs depending on the level of the hospitals.Hospitals in city have the highest qualification rate,whereas in county and countryside,the qualification rate is relatively lower.
