柴胡疏肝散加减治疗脂肪肝55例

[目的]观察中药柴胡疏肝散加减治疗脂肪肝疗效。[方法]将110例随机分为两组,治疗组55例,口服中药加洛伐他汀治疗;对照组55例,服用洛伐他汀治疗,两组疗程均为3个月。[结果]总有效率治疗组为89.9%,对照组为45.45%,两组比较,差异有非常显著的意义(P<0.01)。[结论]疏肝理气、温肾健脾;祛湿化痰、活血化瘀中药联合洛伐他汀对脂肪肝患者有效,可改善患者肝脏功能,降低血脂,且无明显副作用。

Chaihu Shugan Powder to Treating 55 Cases of Fatty Liver

[ Objective] To observe the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder to treating fatty liver. [ Methods] 110 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 55 cases, oral medicine plus lovastatin treatment ; the control group 55 patients taking lovastatin treatment, were treated for 3 months. [ Results ] The total effective rate was 89.9% in treatment group and control group was 45.45% , respectively, the difference was very significant meaning （P 〈0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] The liver Qi, Warming spleen; dampness phlegm, lovastatin combined traditional Chinese medicine effective in patients with fatty liver may improve liver function in patients with lower blood lipids, and no obvious side effects.
