| 摘 要： | 文章综述了气管切开术后并发呼吸道阻塞的原因,即：气管切开术后管理不到位、护理人员个人素质欠缺、病人自身原因。针对原因提出了实施气管切开术后病人全程规范化管理、提高护理人员个人素质和建立良好的护患关系的管理对策,确保气管切开术后病人护理安全。

| Abstract: | The causes of airway obstruction patients included insuficient management after tracheotomy,poor personal qualities of nurses as well as factors of patients themselves. According to these reasons, it is necessary to implement standardized management for tracheotomy patients, improve personal qualities of nurses, and establish a good nurse - patient relationship to ensure the safety of patients. |
