| 摘 要： | 本文观察了肾虚体质大鼠实验性肾结石形成的情况。结果:肾虚体质大鼠肾小管内形成的结石晶体和聚体数都多于对照组(P<0.01);肾脏组织细胞的损害亦较对照组严重。可能因为肾虚体质大鼠尿中结石晶体易于析出、聚集和沉淀,肾脏组织细胞易受损害,有利于尿结石的形成。

| Abstract: | An experimental study was made to observe the nephrolith formation in the kidney-deficiency rats(K-D rats). The results showed that the numbers of the nephrolith crystal and crystalline polymer within renal tubules in K-D rats were obviously more than those in control rats (P<0.01), and the damage of the kidney tissue in K-D rats was more severe than that in control rats. It perhaps because of that nephrolith crystal easily separate, accumulate and precipitate, and the tissue is easily damaged in K-D rats, which promotes the formation of the nephrolith. |
