医学院校虚拟仿真实验教学的应用与探索

摘    要:目的:探讨虚拟仿真实验在微生物检验技术实验教学中的效果。方法:以锦州医科大学2014级和2015级本科检验专业学生为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组。分别采用传统实验教学模式和虚拟仿真实验教学模式进行教学,对两组学生的实验成绩进行比较,并对实验组学生进行问卷调查。结果:实验组学生的成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示学生接受虚拟仿真实验教学。结论:虚拟仿真实验应用于微生物检验技术实验教学,激发了学生的学习兴趣和学习主动性,提高了课程的教学效果。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of virtual simulation experiment in the experimental teaching of microbial testing technology.Methods:The students of Jinzhou Medical University 2014 and 2015 undergraduate examination students were divided into experimental group and control group.The traditional experimental teaching mode and the virtual simulated experimental teaching mode were used for teaching.The experimental scores of the two groups of students were compared,and the students in the experimental group were surveyed.Results:The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire show that students accept virtual simulation experiment teaching.Conclusion:The virtual simulation experiment is applied in the experimental teaching of microbial testing technology,which stimulates students’interest in learning and initiative,and improves the teaching effect of the course.
