低频脉冲电治疗联合引导式教育下巴氏球训练对脑瘫发育指标延迟患儿的疗效分析

摘    要:(安徽医科大学第二附属医院康复运动医学科,230000) 摘要 目的 分析低频脉冲电治疗联合引导式教育下巴氏球训练对脑瘫发育指标延迟患儿的疗效。 方法 选取安徽医科大学第二附属医院康复医学科2017年4月~2021年4月收治的70例脑瘫发育指标延迟患儿,随机分为研究组、对照组,各35例,均行低频脉冲电治疗,研究组加用引导式教育下巴氏球训练。对比两组患儿治疗前后精细运动发育商(FMQ)、粗大运动发育商(GMQ)、总体发育商(TMQ)变化,运用儿童平衡量表(PBS)、儿童功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM)评估其平衡功能、活动能力变化,并评价两组治疗效果。 结果 治疗3个月后,两组患儿FMQ、GMQ、TMQ评分均较治疗前升高,研究组治疗3个月后FMQ、GMQ、TMQ评分均高于对照组同时期评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组患儿PBS、WeeFIM评分均较治疗前升高,研究组治疗3个月后PBS、WeeFIM评分均高于对照组同时期评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗3个月后总有效率为88.57%,较对照组的60.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在低频脉冲电治疗的基础上联合引导式教育下巴氏球训练能够显著改善脑瘫患儿神经、肌肉生长发育,改善其运动功能及平衡功能,从而提高患儿主动参与能力,临床疗效值得肯定。

Efficacy analysis of low-frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with Babbitt ball training under guided education on children with delayed developmental indicators in cerebral palsy
Abstract:Abstract Objective To analyze the curative effect of low-frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with Babbitt ball training under guided education on children with delayed developmental indicators in cerebral palsy. Methods From April 2017 to April 2021, 70 children with delayed cerebral palsy were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. All of them were treated with low-frequency pulse electric therapy, and the study group was given pastel ball training under guided education. Comparing the changes of fine motor development quotient (FMQ), gross motor development quotient (GMQ) and overall development quotient (TMQ) between the two groups before and after treatment, using children''s balance scale (PBS) and children''s functional independence rating scale (WeeFIM) to evaluate the changes of their balance function and activity ability, and to evaluate the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the scores of FMQ, GMQ and TMQ in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the scores of FMQ, GMQ and TMQ in the study group were higher than those in the control group at the same time, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the scores of PBS and WeeFIM in the two groups were higher than those before treatment. The scores of PBS and WeeFIM in the study group were higher than those in the control group at the same time after 3 months of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 88.57% after treatment for 3 months, which was higher than that of the control group (60.00%, P < 0.05). Conclusion Babbitt ball training combined with guided education on the basis of low-frequency pulse electrotherapy can significantly improve the growth and development of nerves and muscles of children with cerebral palsy, improve their motor function and balance function, and thus improve their self-care ability. The clinical effect is worthy of recognition.
