三仁汤合左金丸治疗脾虚湿热型胃食管反流病33例

目的:探讨三仁汤合左金丸治疗脾虚湿热型胃食管反流病的疗效。方法:65例胃食管反流病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组以中药三仁汤合左金丸为基础方加减治疗,1剂/d,2次/d。对照组予以雷贝拉唑胶囊、枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片,雷贝拉唑胶囊10 mg,1次/d,早饭前1小时口服;枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片5 mg,3次/d,饭前30分钟口服。2组均以1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后复查胃镜,治疗结束3个月后随访复发情况。结果:治疗组在治愈率、总有效率、远期疗效、不良反应等方面均明显优于对照组,有非常显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:三仁汤合左金丸治疗脾虚湿热型胃食管反流病疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of SanRenTang Combined with ZuoJinWan for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease with Syndrome of Dampness-heat Due to Spleen Deficiency: a Report of 33 Cases

Objective：To observe clincal effects of SanRenTang combined with ZuoJinWan for gastroesophageal re-flux disease with syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency.Methods：65 patients divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group combined received SanRenTang combined with ZuoJinWan and the control group re-ceived rabeprazole capsule and tablet mosapride citrate.1 month was 1 course of treatment in the 2 groups,endoscopy af-ter 3 courses,3 months after the end of treatment were followed up for recurrence.Results：The treatment group in the cure rate,the total efficiency,long-term efficacy and adverse effects was superior to the control group;there was a signifi-cant difference（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion：SanRenTang and spleen ZuoJinWan treatment can get good short and long term ef-fects for gastroesophageal reflux disease.
