| 摘 要： | 目的观察病毒性脑炎患者血清中可溶性P -选择素 (sP -selectin)和可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(sICAM - 1)水平变化 ,并探讨其临床意义。方法应用ELISA分别检测 15例病毒性脑炎患者急性期、恢复期及 18例健康人血清中sP 选择素和sICAM 1水平。结果病毒性脑炎患者急性期血清中的sP 选择素和sICAM 1显著高于健康人对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,恢复期血清中sP 选择素、s I CAM与对照组比较无差异性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论病毒性脑患者sP 选择素、sICAM 1与病程密切相关 ,检测血清sP 选择素和sICAM 1对病情的判断具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the levels of serum soluble P-selectin(sP-selectin) and soluble intercellular adhersion molecule-1(sICAM-1) in patients with viral encephalitis,and the clinical significances. Methods The sP-selectin and sICAM-1 of the serum was measured by ELISA in 15 patients with viral encephalitis and 18 normal persons. Results Compared with the controls,the average serum levels of sP-selectin and sICAM-1 were much higher in patients with acute viral encephalitis(P<0.01)and without significant differences in the convalescent patients.Conclusion The results indicated that the average levels of sP-selectin and sICAM-1 were positively correlated with the degree of viral encephalitis,Serum sP-selectin and sICAM-1 might provide a importance index for monitoring the clinical course of viral encephalitis. |
