护肝宁片、葡醛内酯片治疗药源性肝损伤

目的：评价护肝宁片与葡醛内酯片治疗药源性肝损伤的疗效。方法：将77例药源性肝损伤患者随机分成护肝宁组39例，葡醛内酯组38例，分别给予护肝宁片及葡醛酯片治疗8周，观察第4周末及第8周末ALT、GGT。结果：第4周末ALT、GGT两组恢复正常率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.105），第八周末比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：护肝宁片、葡醛内酯片治疗药源性肝损害均有效，而护肝宁片起效更快、疗程更短，值得临床上推广应用。

Comparative Study of Huganning Pill and Glucurolactone Tablet in Treatment of Drug-induced Liver Injury

Objective： To evaluate of the efficacy of huganning pill and Glucurolactone tablet in the treatment of Drug-induced liver injury. Method： All 77 inpatients who had Drug-induced liver injury were randomly divided into 2 groups ： huganning group （ n = 39 ）, glucurolactone group （ n = 38 ）, which were treated with huganning pill and glucurolactone tablets for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment for 4 and 8 weeks the ALT and GGT of both groups were observed. Result： In 4 weeks of treatment,the resume normal rate of ALT and GGT in Huganning group had a significant difference compared with Glucurolactone group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. In 8 weeks of treatment,the resume normal rate of ALT and GGT in Huganning group had no significant difference compared with Glucurolactone group（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Huganning pill and Glucurolactone tablet are effective in treatment of Drug-induced liver injury. Time for huganning to produce a marked effect is more quickly, and the course of treatment is shorter, and is worth further application in clinic.
