| 摘 要： | 个人医疗信息是指主要由信息本人的生理或心理健康、医疗状况等信息而组成的个人信息。当今社会,个人医疗信息逐渐成为一种重要的经济资源,个人医疗信息的权利保护也随之成为一个十分敏感的法律问题。个人医疗信息权利的主体仅限于自然人,权利内容包括个人医疗信息保密权、查询权、更正权、封锁权和删除权等。法律应确认个人对其医疗信息所享有的权利以加强对个人医疗信息的保护。 |

| Abstract: | Individual medical information includes the individual's physical health,mental health and treatment,and so on.Nowadays,individual medical information is becoming into an important economic resource.Then,the right protection of individual medical information also becomes a sensitive law issue.The subject of individual medical information is limited as nature person.The contents of right include security right,inquiring right,correction right,blockade right and cancel right.The law should ensure that the individual could enjoy the right of his medical information to strengthen the protection of individual medical information. |
