雷贝拉唑联合康复新液治疗消化性溃疡临床研究

目的：探讨雷贝拉唑片治疗消化性溃疡临床效果。方法：选择120例消化性溃疡患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组用雷贝拉唑加康复新液治疗，对照组用雷贝拉唑治疗，比较两组疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗组总有效率为83．3％，对照组为58．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者不良反应发生率为11．7％，对照组为13．3％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：雷贝拉唑联合康复新液治疗消化性溃疡效果肯定，而且没有增加不良反应，值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical research of Raberazole combined with Kangfuxin liquid to treat Peptic ulcer

Objective： To explore the effect of Raberazole combined with Kangfuxin liquid to treat Peptic ulcer. Methods：Select 120 patients and randomly divided into treat group and control group with 60 patients in each group, the treat group are treated with Raberazole combined with Kang-fuxin liquid, while the control group are treated with Raherazole, compare their treat effect and adverse reaction. Result： Total effect of the treat effect is 83.3%, which of the control group is 58.3% ,the difference is statistical significant（P〈0.05） ;adverse reaction of the treat group is 11.7%0, which of the control group is 13.3%, the difference has no statistical signifiance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Using Raberazole and Kangfuin liquid go-gether to treat Peptic ulcer has good effect and little adverse reaction, it can be widely used in clinic.
