| 摘 要： | 颅脑手术戒毒作为一项新兴的临床医学戒毒技术，受到了社会的广泛关注。这种临床戒毒方法在发挥其优势的同时，也给接受治疗者的正常生理功能带来一定的潜在威胁，在相关立法尚不完善的情况下，有必要在颅脑手术戒毒正式应用于临床之前，对其涉及的生命权、健康权、知情同意权、手术费用等伦理问题进行讨论。 |
