摘    要:
医学院校除了要注重医学生专业知识的培养外,更要重视医学生情商的培养教育。医护人员健康心理素质培养决定了医学生情商教育的重要性;医疗服务内容的广泛性决定了医学生情商培养具有现实意义;情商教育体现了医学生储备期医患沟通能力培养的必要性;就业的压力决定了医学生情商教育的可行性;职业生涯的发展使得医学生情商培养具有社会意义。医学生应注重自我的伦理教育和心理素质的提高;完善情商教育的组织,智力和非智力因素协调发展;选好情商教育的时机,将情商的培养纳入教学计划;提高教师的情商素养,为大学生树立榜样;加强校园文化建设,倡导团结协作精神。
