| 摘 要： | 运用分众传播理念在基层部队开展健康教育,对于促进部队健康教育工作意义重大。运用伦理学原则分析了分众传播在基层部队健康教育中的作用：有利于满足官兵个性化需求,注重健康教育资源的公平性,有利于节约健康教育成本。在此基础上提出了实际工作开展中应注意的问题：把握官兵特点,细分目标受众;加强组织领导,搞好部门协调;提升服务效果,提供健康管理。 |
