| Abstract: | University teachers are the main body of higher education activity and the decisive power of promoting the university development.Based on the scientific concept of development and starting from the present condition of teacher qualification in Medical Imaging Department,this paper analyzes the problems in the construction of teacher ranks and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions. |
