常州市天宁区居民恶性肿瘤死亡特征分析

目的 了解常州市天宁区居民恶性肿瘤的死亡状况及死因特征，为制定针对性干预措施提供依据，促进居民健康长寿。方法 采用回顾性调查研究的方法，对2000-2004年天宁区居民死因资料进行统计分析，专题研究分析天宁区居民恶性肿瘤死因特征及其对居民寿命的影响。结果 2000-2004年天宁区居民病伤死亡（全死因）7630人，年平均死亡率为460．61／10万。其中恶性肿瘤死亡2527人，死亡率为152．55／10万，在死因顺位中居第2位。男性恶性肿瘤的年平均死亡率为96．34／10万，女性为56．2／10万。两者差异有非常显著意义（χ^2=3218．66，P〈0．01）。在恶性肿瘤的死亡谱中，前3位依次为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌。平均死亡年龄为66．04岁。结论 恶性肿瘤是影响天宁区居民健康长寿的第2位死因，肺癌在死亡谱中位居第1。干预恶性肿瘤的发病与死亡是疾病预防与控制工作面临的紧迫的卫生问题。

Analysis of the Death Features of Malignant Tumor Patients in Tianning District of Changzhou

[Objective]To learn the death features of malignant tumor patients in Tianning and provide basis for intervention work.([Methods])Retrospective investigation method was applied to collect and analyze the death data of Tianning residents;specific study was conducted to analyze the death features of malignant tumor patients and its effect on residents' life span.[Results]During the period of 2000 to 2004,7 630 Tianning residents died with an annual death rate of 460.61/100 000;2 527 residents died from malignant tumor(152.55/100 000).The average annual death rate of male tumor patients was 96.34/100 000,and that of female tumor patients was 56.2/100 000;the difference was significant(P<0.01).Lung cancer,stomach cancer and liver cancer were in the first three places in the death list of malignant tumor.The average death age was 66.04.[Conclusion]Malignant tumor is the second largest death reason in Tianning District;lung cancer leads the death list of malignant tumor.Malignant tumor intervention and control work should be strengthened.
