一测多评法测定新疆药桑叶中4种活性成分的含量

目的采用一测多评法测定新疆药桑叶中的4种活性成分的含量。方法采用HPLC测定新疆药桑叶中4种成分的含量,流动相5mL·L~(-1)磷酸水溶液(A)-乙睛(B)梯度洗脱(0~8 min,80%~85%A;8~20 min,80%A;20~30 min,80%~95%A);检测波长:344nm。选择芦丁为内标物,测定其与紫云英苷、异槲皮苷和绿原酸的相对校正因子,计算新疆药桑叶中4种成分的含量,并比较一测多评法的计算值与外标法实测值的相似度。结果一测多评法和外标法测得的绿原酸、异槲皮苷和紫云英苷的含量相似度均达到0.999。结论建立的一测多评法适用于新疆药桑叶中4种成分的含量测定,相对校正因子可靠。

Determination of four active ingredients in Morus ningra by quantitative analysis of multi-components with a single-marker

Objective To establish a quantitative method with a single-marker(QAMS) for determining the contents of four ingredi-ents in Morus ningra .Methods The contents of 4 ingredients in Morus ningra were determined by HPLC using a mobile phase of 5 mL?L -1phosphoric acid solution (A)-acetonitrile(B) with a gradient elution program (0-8 min ,80%-85% A ;8-20 min ,80%A ;20-30 min ,80%-95% A ) ,detection wavelength :344 nm .With rutin as an internal standard ,the relative correlation factors (RCF) of astragaline ,isoquercitrin and chlorogenic acid to rutin were calculated .The contents of these four ingredients were de-termined by the external standard method and QAMS ,respectively .Results These 2 methods did not show significant difference in assay results with similarity of 0 .999 .Conclusion QAMS could be used for the quality control of Morus ningra .
