氨氯地平联合氯沙坦用于2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压老年患者的研究

目的探究氨氯地平联合氯沙坦对2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压老年患者肾功能、血压的影响,为提高该类患者的治疗质量提供指导依据。方法选取近4年我院收治的100例2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压老年患者为研究对象,按随机分配原则分为对照组(给予马来酸左旋氨氯地平片控制血压)和观察组(联用马来酸左旋氨氯地平片和氯沙坦控制血压),各50例。对比2组治疗前后肾功能和血压指标,以及临床治疗总有效率。结果 2组治疗后的肾功能和血压各项指标均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床治疗总有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合氯沙坦应用于2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压老年患者,可有效改善肾功能,降低血压的效果显著,具有良好的临床疗效。

Application of amlodipine combined with losartan in elderly patients with type 2 di-abetic nephropathy and hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of amlodipine combined with losartan on renal function and blood pressure in elderly pa‐tients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and hypertension ,and to provide basis to improve the treatment quality for such patients . Methods 100 cases elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and hypertension in recent 4 years were selected as subjects in recent .According to the random distribution ,they were devided into control group (who were treated with Levoamlodipine Mal‐eate Tablets to control blood pressure)and observation group (who were treated with Levoamlodipine Maleate Tablets combined with losartan) ,50 cases each .Renal function and blood pressure indexes before and after the treatment in both groups ,as well as the clinical total effective rate were compared .Results The renal function and blood pressure indexes of the two groups after the treatment were more than before(P<0 .05) .And all indexes in observation group were lower than in control group(P<0 .05) . And the clinical total effective rate of observation group was 94 .00% ,obviously higher than that of control group(P< 0 .05) . Conclusion Amlodipine combining with losartan used in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and hypertension can effectively improve the renal function and lower the blood pressure ,resulting a good clinical curative effect .
