多索茶碱与盐酸氨溴索联合治疗支气管哮喘急性期患者的临床疗效观察

目的观察多索茶碱联合盐酸氨溴索注射液在支气管哮喘患者治疗中的临床效果。方法收集2014年1~9月住院的200例支气管哮喘患者的临床资料,随机将其分成治疗组和对照组2组。其中对照组给予抗炎、止咳及多索茶碱治疗,治疗组除给予抗炎、止咳及多索茶碱治疗外,加用盐酸氨溴索治疗。观察2组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者咳嗽缓解时间、呼吸困难缓解时间和肺部哮鸣音消失时间(4.35±0.51,5.11±0.49和3.96±0.32d)显著低于对照组(8.10±0.61,9.21±0.62和7.93±0.61d),其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)(60.21±5.36和62.10±4.98)及动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)(54.15±4.62和52.91±5.97),无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗组支气管哮喘患者治疗后的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)明显高于治疗前,其动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)明显低于治疗前,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率显著较对照组高,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱与盐酸氨溴索联合在支气管哮喘的治疗上有较好的临床效果,可以在临床上推广使用。

Doxofylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To observe the clinical effect of doxofylline combined with ambroxol hydrochlonide in patients with bronchial asthma .Methods Collected from January 2014 to September 2014 ,200 cases of hospitalized patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group .While the control group was given an anti‐inflammatory and cough treatment by doxofylline ,the treatment group were given doxofylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride plus ambroxol hydrochloride treatment .Results The coagh relief time ,dyspnea relief time ,and lungs wheeze disappearance time were significant‐ly lower than that of the control(P<0 .05) .The arterial oxygen (PaO2 ) and arterial carbon dioxide tension (PaCO2 ) of the two groups before the treatment showed no significant difference (P>0 .05) ,while the treatment group after the treatment ,bronchial asthma arterial oxygen pressure (PaO2 ) showed higher than before ,the arterial carbon dioxide tension (PaCO2 ) showed lower than before(P<0 .05) .The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control (P<0 .05) . Conclusion Doxofylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride showed better clinical results in the treatment of bronchial asthma .
