| 摘 要： | 目的：对肺癌合并胸膜转移的患者采用胸膜全肺切除手术,以期待提高患者的生存质量,延长患者的生存期。方法：对16例肺癌合并胸膜转移的患者采用胸膜全肺切除手术,术后辅以化疗为主的综合治疗。结果：患者的生存期有所延长,生存质量得到了提高。结论：对肺癌合并胸膜转移的患者采用胸膜全肺切除手术,对于患者生存质量的提高以及生存期的延长有一定的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to elevate the patients′ living quality,and prolong the life span,the pleuropneumonectomy was used in the patients with lung cancer combined pleural metastasis.Method In 16 patients with lung cancer combined pleural metastasis,pleuropneumonectomy was applied,assisting the chemotherapy after operation.Results After the treatment,the patients had longer life span and better living quality.Conclusion Pleuropneumonectomy is useful to elevate the patients′ living quality,and prolong the life span,for the patients with lung cancer combined pleural metastasis. |
