| Abstract: | By using RSR method , we made a comprehensive evaluation on the medical service quality of single sort of disease for in-patients and improved the service quality effectively. The results showed the merits of RSR method which were calculating simplification and easily-understood directness , and the value of using extensively in hospital statistics. |
