云南少数民族地区州级医院继续医学教育现状调查及对策思考

目的了解少数民族地区州级医院医务人员继续医学教育（Continuing medical education，CME）认知及需求的现状，为制订有针对性的CME扶持政策提供依据。方法对某少数民族地区州级医院在职医务人员CME情况进行调查和分析。结果被调查者表现为女性居多、学历偏低的特点；95．7％的被调查者能正确理解CME的概念和对象；“临床工作忙”和“开展新技术（业务）”分别成为影响CME的最主要负面和正面因素。82．8％的被调查者选择专业新技术和新知识为最适合的CME内容。结论少数民族地区州级医院的CME水平还有待进一步提高；在帮扶援建医疗卫生工作的内容中，除了专业临床技能的帮扶外，也应在CME的建设和管理上有所作为。

Investigation on current situation of continuing medical education in hospitals at prefecture level in the minority area of Yunan province and reflection on its strategies

Objective To investigate the current demand and recognition of continuing medical education （CME） in hospitals at prefecture level in the minorities area in order to provide targeted strategies to promote its progresses. Methods Investigation on CME was carried out for on-the-job medical workers in hospitals at prefecture level in Yunan province. Results The respondents in the study were mainly female and those with lower level of education. Most respondents （95.7%） can correctly understand the concept and object of CME. Working pressure and new professional techniques were the main influencing （negative and positive） factors for CME. 82.8% of the respondents preferred new professional techniques and knowledge as the optimal CME items. Conclusion The CME level in hospitals at prefecture level in the minority area needs further improvement. CME construction and management should be included in CME items besides clinical skills training.
