摘    要:
目的: 探讨外侧块螺钉内固定术治疗颈椎骨折脱位的临床应用、手术要点和早期康复效果。方法:1994 年至今,采用外侧块螺钉内固定术治疗颈椎骨折脱位23 例。结果:术后神经功能恢复有效率82 .6 % ,植骨融合率100% 。无损伤神经血管、术后感染、内固定物断裂等并发症。结论:外侧块螺钉内固定治疗颈椎骨折脱位在后方减压的同时,能进行坚强的内固定,适于伴有后方结构损伤的中下颈椎骨折脱位的内固定治疗,有利于促进脊髓功能的恢复。

Abstract:
Objective : To review the preliminary experience on patients with fracture - dislocation ofcervicalspinetreated bylateral massscrewfixation and bone graft. The main pointofprocedure,surgicaltechnique and clinicalefficacy wasdiscussed. Method : From 1994to present, 23 patients with fracture - dislocation ofcervicalspine were operated bylateralmass screw fixation and bone graft. Results: 82 .6 % of patients had improvement oftheir neurogical functions. The rate offusion was 100% . There were no major complications such as neural or vascularinjuries or breakage ofimplants orinfec tion. Conclusion: This method will makerigidinternalfixation,even afterposteriordecompressionis performed. Itis usefulformanagementoffracture- dislocationof middleorlowercervicalspinecomplicated with posteriorelementinjuryandfacilitatetherecovery ofspinalfunction.[
