1035名健康小儿发碘分析

目的评价北京地区儿童碘营养状况。方法分别对城区、郊区、郊县各两个的10个居民点1035名0～12岁健康儿童取头发标本,采用紫外/可见分光光度计分析头发碘含量;结果发碘均值0.7845±0.4821μg·g~(-1),高碘率36.1％,低碘率13.1％,正常50.7％:城区、郊区、郊县儿童高碘率分别为49.9％、30.2％27.9％;0～3、3～6岁、6～12岁组儿童高碘率分别为52.2％、41.5％、23.7％;男女之间碘值无差别。结论各居住区、年龄组、不同性别儿童碘含量普遍增高(P<0.05或P<0.001),北京地区儿童日常食用加碘盐已能满足生理需要,加用含碘食品或药品可导致碘过量,对儿童健康构成潜在危害。

Analysis and determination of hair iodine in 1035 healthy children

To evaluate the iodine - nutritional status of the children of Beijing area.The hair specimens,taken from 1035 healthy children aged 0 ~ 12 year old residing in 10 areas of metropolis, suburbs and suburban counties of Beijing,were assayed for content of iodine by UV/UIS spectrometer.The mean value of hair iodine level was 0.7845 0.4821 fig.g-1 .Children with higher iodine Level( CHIL) rated 36.1 % and 50.7 % with normal ,13.1% with lower. CHIL for the metropolis zones, suburbs, and suburban counties were 49.9 % , 30.2 % , 27.9 % , respectively . On the other hand, CHIL for 0 ~ 3 ,3-6 and 6-12 year groups were 52.2% ,41.5% , 23. 7 % respectively . Generally , the hair iodine level for children from different residential areas,age groups and gender, exceeded the normal value(P< 0.05 or P < 0.001 ) .In Beijing area,the daily use of edible iodine salt has met children s physiological need for iodine. Additional iodine supply to food or medicine may lead to overdose of iodine, and potentially endanger the children' s health.
