胎儿脐带缠绕的超声诊断价值

目的探讨超声诊断胎儿脐带缠绕的临床价值。方法对98例晚期妊娠孕妇进行超声检查,观察胎儿颈后、躯干、四肢皮肤和软组织有无压迹,脐血管回声及脐带拉直征等;彩色多普勒探察压迹处有无脐带彩色血流信号,周围有无血流环绕。结果98例胎儿中,脐带缠绕55例:单纯脐带绕颈者45例,其中绕1周者40例,绕2周者4例,绕3周者1例;单纯腹部缠绕8例,其中绕1周者5例,绕2周者2例,绕3周者1例;脐带绕颈2周合并腹部缠绕2周者1例;肢体缠绕1例。超声诊断与产后符合率为96.5%。结论超声诊断脐带缠绕具有非损伤性、可重复操作、快捷准确的特点,为临床观察产程、选择生产方式和时机提供最佳依据。

The Value of Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Fetal Umbilical Cord Entanglement
