宫腹腔镜联合治疗宫角妊娠16例分析

目的 探讨宫腹腔镜联合治疗宫角妊娠的疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院2008年3月～2011年4月收治的宫角妊娠患者16例临床资料.结果宫角妊娠发病率占同期异位妊娠发病患者总数的2.6%,宫腹腔镜、B超对于宫角妊娠早期诊断符合率分别为100%、79.86%.本组宫腹腔镜治疗成功率100%,与传统开腹手术相比较具有创伤性小、恢复快等优点.结论 宫腹腔镜在诊疗上能达到微创的效果,值得推广应用.

Analysis of laparoscopy combined treatment for 16 cases with cornual pregnancy
