| 摘 要： | 目的确定发情雌鼠鉴定对交配成功率的影响。方法对30只性成熟雌性Wistar大鼠分别采用阴道涂片法、外阴直接观察法和随机法,观察3组各自的交配成功率。结果阴道涂片法的交配成功率为90%,直接外阴观察法的交配成功率为50%,随机对照组的交配成功率仅为20%。结论为保证较高的成功交配率应采用挑选发情鼠的方法尤其是阴道涂片法更为有效可靠。
