| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脾脏外伤患者行保守治疗的适应证及注意事项。方法对2008年12月至2011年7月我院17例行保守治疗的外伤性脾破裂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 14例保守治疗获得成功,3例患者中转手术治疗。无死亡病例及其他并发症发生。结论脾脏外伤患者行保守治疗应严格掌握其适应证,保守治疗过程中应严密监测病情,有再出血征象时及时手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the indications and rules of non-operative treatment in the management of adult traumatic splenic rupture.Methods 17 patients with traumatic splenic rupture who received nonoperative management in our hospital from Dec 2008 to Jul 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 14 patients were cured under nonoperative management,3 of them met with failure and were carried out with operation,no people died and no complication existed.Conclusion The condition of patients with splenic ruptur... |
