| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)血清可溶性CD40配体(sCD40L)水平的变化及其与可溶性细胞粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)的关系.方法用酶联免疫吸附法检测ACS组48例、稳定性冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(SCHD)组38例和30例对照者血清中sCD40L和sICAM-1水平.结果ACS组患者血清sCD40L、sICAM-1水平明显高于SCHD组患者和对照者(均P＜0.01),且血清sCD40L水平与sICAM-1显著相关(r=0.436,P＜0.01).结论血清sCD40L可能通过上调sICAM-1表达而参与ACS的发病过程,并可作为ACS临床预测炎症的指标之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation of serum soluble CD40L (sCD40L) with soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) in acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods Serum sCD40L and sICAM-1 levels were determined by ELISA in 48 patients with ACS, 38 patients with stable coronary heart disease (SCHD) and 30 healthy subjects. Results Serum sCD40L and sICAM-1 levels were significantly increased in ACS group compared with those in SCHD group and the controls(P<0.01). A significant correlation was observed between serum sCD40L and sICAM-1 levels (r=0.436, P<0.01). Conclusions Serum sCD40L is highly related to the pathogenesis of ACS, which might be related to up-regulating sICAM-1 expression and may represent one of the predictors of inflammation in ACS. |
