| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨与总结腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的临床疗效及经验.方法:回顾分析2007年6月至2010年5月施行腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗16例嵌顿性输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料及随访情况.结果:16例手术均获成功,结石一次取净率100%.手术时间60～150min,平均104.6min.住院4～11d,平均5.5...

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and summarize of the experience of the retroperitoneal laparoscopic technique in the treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi.Methods：Clinical data of 16 patients with upper ureteral calculi who were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic technique from Jun.2007 to May 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All patients were treated successfully.Mean operation time was 104.6min（range,60-150min）.Mean stay hospital was 5.5d（range,4-11d）.No serious complications were noted.Conclusions：Retroperitoneal laparoscopic technique is effective,minimally invasive with rapid postoperative recovery for impacted upper ureteral calculi.It may be an alternative to open surgery and other mini-invasive methods. |
