| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性膀胱癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（ＴＩＬ）的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法采用ＬＤＨ释放法。结果该ＴＩＬ对自体肿瘤靶细胞的最高杀伤活性第３０天时为７２．４％，且呈现一定的靶细胞特异性。结论膀胱癌ＴＩＬ在体外经ＩＬ－２培养后对自体肿瘤细胞具有明显的杀伤活性，并显示一定的靶细胞特异性

| Abstract: | Objectives To study the antitumor activity in vitro of Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) from a patient with bladder cancer.Methods Using the LDH release assay.Results The TILs showed the highest antitumor activity (72.4%) and target specificity.Conclutions After incubation of TILs in medium with IL-2,the TILs exhibited apparently antitumor activity and specificity to autotumor cells |
