脑利钠肽与心血管疾病的研究进展

脑利钠肽是一种主要由心室肌细胞分泌的肽类激素 ,在体液平衡的调节中发挥关键作用。大量研究证实 ,血浆脑利钠肽水平在充血性心力衰竭时升高 ,而且心力衰竭越严重 ,脑利钠肽水平越高。因此 ,脑利钠肽可以用于心力衰竭的诊断和预后的评估。最近发现脑利钠肽水平在多种心血管疾病中均异常升高 ,表明其参与了这些疾病发生的病理生理机制。本文对脑利钠肽与心血管疾病之间相关性研究的新进展作简单介绍。

Advances in Research of Brain Natriuretic Peptide in Cardiovascular Disease

Brain natriuretic peptide,a peptide hormone secreted chiefly by ventricular myocytes,plays a key role in volume homeostasis.A lot of experimental evidences revealed that the plasma concentration of BNP was raised in congestive heart failure,and the more severe the ventricular dysfunction,the higher the plasma concentration of BNP.As a result,BNP can be used to diagnosis and prognosis in heart failure.Many recently published studies showed that BNP was also raised in other cardiovascular diseases,which suggested that BNP was involved in the development of pathological and physiological process in these diseases.The present review give a simple presentation of current status on relationship between BNP and cardiovascular diseases.
